Terms of Delivery and Service

  • We cannot be held responsible for any mistake you make in purchasing from Turkish companies and their websites.
  • We cannot communicate with any Turkish company on your behalf, as we cannot be responsible for any material liabilities.
  • We cannot be responsible for any customs duties due at your destination, as you are the party responsible for clearance if applicable.
  • We are not responsible for damage to food products and sweets resulting from international shipping.
  • Where the shipment was shipped internationally and our shipping insurance service has not been ordered, the customer will be compensated the sum of $50 or its equivalent in their currency.
  • Where the shipment has been disposed of and our shipping insurance has not been ordered, the customer will not receive compensation.
  • Our responsibility starts when your items are delivered to us by the seller, as we cannot accept any responsibility in the case that your items are delivered late to us.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any mistake you make in providing incorrect addresses in either buying or shipping.
  • In a few cases where the delivery address is remote, it will be your responsibility to collect the shipment from the nearest delivery centre.

Storage Policy

  • Storage is free for 30 days starting from the receipt of your shipment. Where shipment takes place after the free storage period, a surcharge will be applied. The surcharge per additional day is 3.00 Turkish Lira.
  • Any new shipment received at your box during the free storage period will reset your free storage period to 30 days.
  • We will notify you 7 days, 3 days and 1 day in advance before the 30 days free storage period expires.
  • If storage of your items continues for a period longer than three months during which you do not make any purchase or shipping transactions, then your items will be subject to disposal. Please contact us within the three-month period to avoid disposal of your items.

Terms of Packaging:

When you instruct us to prepare your items for shipping​, our professionals will unpack and repack them tightly and securely for you as a new parcel to minimise the weight due to any excess packaging materials.

To continue please read and agree to the terms of service for repackaging:

  • The service includes tight and secure packaging.
  • After packaging is complete, your items will be packaged as a single parcel containing all your items.
  • You will only initially pay the packaging fee. You will pay shipping costs depending on the weight after the packaging process is complete.
  • You can postpone the payment until the shipment is requested, as the packaging fees will be paid with the shipping fees within one transaction.
  • You can use packaging service on your items if all of them will be shipped to a single address in a single shipment.
  • This process normally takes 1 to 3 business days, but this period may vary according to demand.
  • After the packaging service has been ordered and any fees paid, it is not possible for you to cancel the process or to ask for a refund under any circumstances.
  • On completion of the packaging process, you will receive a notification to enable you to order shipping.

Terms of Shipping Insurance:

  • The contents of the shipment must be licit and in compliance with international shipping regulations.
  • The goods invoice must show the true value of the goods shipped.
  • Any goods lost will be compensated following confirmation by the shipping carrier of the loss.
  • In any case of damage to the shipped goods, photos establishing the damage must be provided.
  • Where the shipment was shipped internationally and our shipping insurance service has not been ordered, the customer will be compensated the sum of $50 or its equivalent in their currency.
  • Where the shipment has been disposed of and our shipping insurance has not been ordered, the customer will not receive compensation.

The following are not included in the insurance:

  • High-value items, such as jewellery or electronic equipment.
  • Seizure or destruction of the shipment by the customs authorities of the country of destination.
  • Loss or destruction due to local shipping couriers within Turkey (from the supplier to our warehouses).
  • Purchases exceeding the value of 10,000 US Dollars or its equivalent in other currencies.
  • Insurance of foodstuffs permitted for shipping covers loss, but not spoilage.

Conditions of product scrutiny and exchange or refund from the seller:

  • Any amount is refunded from the seller will be added to your account.
  • Refunds or exchanges for a purchased product will not be requested where it has neither damage nor defect.
  • Our shopping site guide is for information only, and we have no connection with any site in it.
  • Your order determines what we shop for on your behalf, and we cannot be held responsible for any error in that order.
  • In the case that the seller refuses either to exchange or refund a product, we will notify you.
  • The refund is credited to you only when it has been received from the seller.
