a Turkish online store that sells millions of things for you to buy.

Now, let’s see how to shop on the N11 website.
Let’s look at the sections of the website.
Here we have the section “giybi Moda”.
This section includes fashion for men, women and children, as well as shoes, bags and accessories.
The next section is “Elektronik”.
This has electronics and electrical appliances, such as T.V screens, household and kitchen appliances, mobile phones and computers, and everything to do with technology.
The next section is “Ev Ve Yaşam”.
This section is for home and office furnishings, and household tools and appliances.
Next is “Anne Ve Bebek”, mother and baby. Clothes and things for expectant mothers and babies are here.
The next section is “Kozmetik”.
This section has cosmetics, beauty and personal care.
Next is” Mücevher Ve Saat”, for jewellery, watches and accessories.
The next section is “Spor Ve Outdoor”.
This includes sportswear and sports equipment.
Next is “Kitap, Müzik, Film”.
This includes music, musical instruments and entertainment.
The next section is “Petshop”, everything for your pets.
The last section is “Otomotiv Ve Motosiklet”.
This is for motorbikes, and for car and motorbike accessories.
Let me show you how you can translate a page into English.
Click on the right-hand mouse button and select “translate to English”.

Now let’s set up an account at N11.
Let’s go to “GIRIŞ YAP”, log in.
When we have an account with N11, we log in with our email and password as normal.
The first time we visit the N11 website, we need to go to “ÜYE OL”, sign up.
If we don’t have a Turkish mobile number, we need to sign up securely using Facebook.
But let’s register normally.
We put our first name in the “Adı” field…
and our family name in “Soyadı”.
Our email goes in “E-posta adresi”…
and we put a password here in “Şifre.”…
and again here in “Şifre (Tekrar)”.
Here, we add our Turkish mobile number.
Then we select gender, Erkek for male, and Kadın for female.
Now under “Doğum”, we fill in our date of birth by day, month and year.
Click on the first box to accept N11’s terms and conditions…
and here for offers by email.
Here we have to type a verification code.
Now we click on “ÜYE OL” to register.
The home page opens.
We can see here we now have an account at N11…
and here at “Hesabım”, my account, we find our account menu.
Now let’s shop for two items.
Let’s open “giybi Moda”…
and look at “Kadın”, womenswear.
Here we find “Tişört”, T-shirts, “Elbise”, dresses, “Etek”, skirts, and lots of other categories.
Let’s select “Elbise”, dresses.
This page opens showing us all dresses available on N11.
Let’s select a dress. Let’s choose … this one.
Here we see the price is 109 Turkish lira.
Let’s choose the large size…
and click on “Sepete Ekle” to add it to our cart.
We can see our dress has been added.
Now, let’s shop for another item.
From the home page, let’s go to …
“Anne Ve Bebek”, mother and baby…
and choose “Bebek Giyim” for baby clothes.
A new page opens showing all the baby clothes.
Let’s choose … this item.
A new page opens where we can see photos of the item.
We can see the price is 94 lira.
Here we need to choose the shipping service, for example, “Yurtiçi Kargo”, which costs us 4 lira … and “Sürat Kargo” which is free.
Now, we click on “Sepete Ekle” to add the item to our cart.
The item is added to our cart. Let’s go to our cart. We can see that there are two items in our cart…
and here we see the total price is 299 lira.
Please note that at the moment you choose to pay…
your bank will set the exchange rate according to the market rate for the currency you are paying in.
Let’s scroll down.
Here we fill in the address which the items will be shipped to.

Click on “personal postal box”…
which shows the address Adwhit has created for us…
where we’ll find all the information that Turkish online shops will ask for.
Here, we find all our address details…
and here is our personal postal box number which the shipments will be sent to.
When your purchases arrive at our warehouses, our staff take photos of them and upload them to your account.
These purchases are stored in your personal postal box.
Let’s go back to N11.
The first field is “Adı Soyadı”, full name.
Go to the Adwhit page and copy the name “Adwhit Lojistik” from here…
and paste it in the “Adı Soyadı” field on N11.
The next field is for the country; leave it as Türkiye.
The next field, “İl”, is the city.
Choose Istanbul.
The next field is “İlçe”, the district.
Choose Kağıthane.
The next field is “Mahalle”, the area.
Choose “Gürsel”.
The next field, “Posta Kodu”, is the postal/ZIP code and is automatically calculated.
For the next field, “Adres”…
copy the full address from the Adwhit Lojistik website here…
and paste it in the “Adres” field.
For the “Cep Telefonu” field…
copy the telephone number from the Adwhit page without the first two digits (zero five)…
and paste it here.
Next is ID number. Please ignore this as the items will be shipped to Adwhit.
In the field, “Adres Başlığı”, which shows if our address is an office or home…
we go to the Adwhit site and we copy “iş”, work from here…
and paste it on N11 here.
Because your order will be shipped to Adwhit Lojistik, choose “Kurumsal”, commercial, here.
For the field “Firma adı”…
copy the full company name from the Adwhit site here…
and paste it on N11 here.
For the field “Vergi Dairesi”…
copy the tax office “Şişli” from the Adwhit site here…
and paste it on N11 here.
For the last field “Vergi Numarası”…
copy the Tax ID number from the Adwhit site here…
and paste it on N11 here.
Now we’ve finished, we click here to save and go to payment.
This is where we add our bank card information.
Please note that the payment card should be Mastercard or Visa, and not a local bank card which you can only use in your country.
In the first field, we enter the 16-digit card number.
The next field is the name of the cardholder.
The next field is the expiry date.
We add the month first, then the year.
For the CVV, we enter the three-digit code on the back of the card.
Now, if we like, we can tick the “3D” for secure online payment.
Finally, we click here to accept N11’s services and delivery…
and click on “Ödeme Yap” to confirm the order.
As soon as you make the payment…
you’ll receive an email confirming the transaction.
When your purchases arrive at your personal postal box…
Adwhit Lojistik staff will take photos of them which you can see at your account.
If you’d like to see these photos, access the Adwhit Lojistik website…
and click on “Contents of your box”.
This page opens, where we can also find more information about our purchases, such as the seller, the date the items arrived, and each shipment's weight.
When you are happy to make an order to ship your items, just click on “initiate shipping”.
The Adwhit Lojistik team will consolidate and pack your items professionally to cut the total weight to the minimum.
The items will be shipped and delivered to the address you have given worldwide.
